Oops

Skip to :43 as they have an obnoxious intro.

Who says you need all of your tack to jump?

Today...

...she let somebody talk her into wearing a body protector.

Ow. Yeah, it's a new horse being backed for the first time. I don't think that horse is ready at all.

But this is why you should wear a vest with the babies.

...on the other hand...

Yesterday's video was somebody deliberately doing stuff without a bridle.

...this one, though. Beautifully done!

Dang...

...okay, this is the kind of thing I might have done as a kid, but...taking horses to a playground. Baling twine as a curb chain...I think it's baling twine, it looks awfully blue.

This is...

...insane. Possibly not good for the horses if done wrong, but...

...definitely insane.

Do this wrong and you might have everyone in the dirt!

Oops!

At least the mule was okay! And the cowboy.

Yeah, be careful on those narrow trails, folks. At least there was no quicksand...

Don't...

...try this at home.

Then again, I'm lazy enough to do this!

Well, not that second part. I don't think that barrow is really strong enough... It made a good chariot, though...

Where do I even start?

So, I have no clue where this is...but wow.

So, let's see. We appear to have a ground person with each horse. Some have western tack and some English... This probably means this is a group of novice riders.

There is a guy wetting down the arena to reduce dust. While children and novice riders are being taught. Horses, by the way, are often afraid of hoses.

The result is inevitable - as an obviously inexperienced rider comes past the hose, the horse spooks, the saddle slips (who checked the cinch) and the girl falls off.

Checked the comments - yup, beginner lesson. Just wow. Only thing missing is a loose dog.

No sympathy...

...for the guy who jumps on a burro (not a wild donkey as the video says, these belong to somebody and are just being run on the range). Of course, he picks the jack!

Oh dear...

This is what happens when a horse doesn't understand what's being asked, gets confused, and panics. Oops.

Making a...

...break for freedom.

Not sure that was the best way to restrain a mini, but it did sort of work.
