So, let's see. We appear to have a ground person with each horse. Some have western tack and some English... This probably means this is a group of novice riders.

There is a guy wetting down the arena to reduce dust. While children and novice riders are being taught. Horses, by the way, are often afraid of hoses.

The result is inevitable - as an obviously inexperienced rider comes past the hose, the horse spooks, the saddle slips (who checked the cinch) and the girl falls off.

Checked the comments - yup, beginner lesson. Just wow. Only thing missing is a loose dog.

This is at the Lexington Junior League and not one person remembered that the more you chase a horse the faster it runs.

I'm assuming that the horse's rider fell off while warming up and from his attitude at the start he was looking for his trailer, which is usually the destination of horses that get loose at a show - but as things go on, it's very clear that this horse is not, remotely, scared - but thinks everyone chasing him is a great game. Eventually he gets bored and lets them catch him.

...falling off on a silly little buck. (Although the rest is impressive, I'd prefer if the rider ditched the tie-down, but this rider is legally blind with extremely limited vision and jumping anyway!)

I've never been hugely impressed by the training of the horse guard.

Lots of very loud legs, and eventually the horse standing at the side of the gait decides he's had enough.

It's captioned "Angry horse" but I don't quite see anger here, I see a horse who just doesn't want to stand there while his buddies go off. And the rider's legs aren't quiet, aggravating it. But I think he's being a wee bit buddy sour. Or he's bored.
